
The 24th International Olive Festival officially began last night in Zeytinlik village square, hosted by Girne Municipality under the “Girne Arkın Group Fest25” framework.
The festival, which runs until 5 October, showcases olives and olive-based products alongside handicrafts, souvenirs, and traditional dishes from Cypriot cuisine.
Organizers noted that the program also features artistic, sporting, and cultural activities, turning the event into one of the highlights of the region’s social calendar.
