4,000 TONS OF ASPHALT

 

The Turkish Cypriot Municipality of Nicosia is starting the paving process on streets with completed infrastructure. The first phase asphalt contract, covering a total area of 40,000 square meters with 4,000 tons of asphalt, was signed between the LTB and Salih Köroğlu Construction Ltd. The works are set to be completed in 90 calendar days, after which the second phase tender for asphalt paving works in the city will continue.

In addition to the asphalt tender, the Turkish Cypriot Municipality of Nicosia is also proceeding with significant investments, including the Ortaköy Infrastructure Development Project with an investment of 87.5 million TL, the Hamitköy-Dumlupınar Sewerage Project with an investment of 156 million TL, and the Lefkoşa Old Sewer Line Project with an investment of 36 million TL. These projects aim to enhance the city’s infrastructure and improve the quality of services.
