The groundbreaking ceremony for the Tınaztepe Muhtarlık Building and the park dedicated to the late Sercan Aydındağ, financed by Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel Municipality (LAÇ) and Özeray Investments, has been held.
In a statement, Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel Municipality mentioned that the park, which includes a play area for children aged 0-3, a single-hoop basketball court, seating and walking areas, green spaces, and the muhtarlık building, was designed and constructed by Özeray Investments.
At the end of the statement, LAÇ Municipality added, “The aim is to create a space where local residents can breathe easily and children can have fun.”
