Minister of Transport and YDP leader Erhan Arıklı said that there was a 52 per cent chance of an early election blaming the internal problems within coalition parties.
Turkish Cypriot Minister of Transport and Leader of the Resurrection Party (YDP) said that he couldn’t rule out an early election, saying that both his and one of his coalition partner Democrat Party (DP) had serious internal problems.
Mr Arikli said that there was a 52 per cent chance there would be a general election before the Presidential elections set in October 2025.
‘They always say that we are at 1 per cent. But we get 7 per cent come Election Day’ he said slamming the recent CMRIS poll.
