As part of the April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children’s Day celebrations, the principals and students of Alsancak Primary School, Lapta Primary School, and Karşıyaka Primary School visited the Mayor of Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel Municipality, Fırat Ataser, and took turns sitting in the mayor’s chair.
The children each took a seat in the mayor’s chair and shared their thoughts, dreams, and aspirations.
Mayor Fırat Ataser congratulated all the children on their special day and emphasized the meaning and significance of this important occasion.
At the end of the visit, gifts were presented to the students, and it was highlighted that investments in our children—the guarantee of our future—will continue without interruption. Commemorative photos were taken together to mark the day.
