An announcement from the municipality is as follows:
The “Marina Project”, which was initiated during the term of Mr. Fuat Namsoy and completed during the term of Mr. Mustafa Aktuğ through the tender process, has been taken to court by the Green Peace Operation side and has been halted with a court order.
In the ongoing lawsuit process, the opposing side has been heard, and on February 19, 2025, Wednesday, our side will be heard by the court.
This project, which is of great importance for the development of our region, the future of our tradespeople, and most importantly, the future of our children, requires the full support of our community.
In this regard, we would be very pleased to see all citizens who would like to support the process gather with us on February 19, 2025 at 08:00 AM at Saray Front in Nicosia.
