Police in Nicosia were alerted on Tuesday morning after the discovery of a man’s body in the capital’s city centre.
According to initial reports, the body was found in an open area on the ground floor of an unfinished building that has remained abandoned for years.
Authorities have since identified the deceased and informed his family. Police have stated that all possibilities are being examined as the investigation continues.
