Istanbul Airport was the busiest airport in Europe from April 15th to 21st, with an average of 1,424 flights per day.
The European Aviation Report for the period of April 15th to 21st was published by the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation (Eurocontrol).
According to the report, Istanbul Airport ranked first among the busiest airports in Europe during this period with an average of 1,424 flights per day.
Following Istanbul Airport, Amsterdam Schiphol with 1,314 flights per day and London Heathrow with 1,306 flights per day were the next busiest airports.
