Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel (LAÇ) Mayor Fırat Ataser announced on social media that a cooperation protocol has been signed with ARDEM Ltd. for Şehit Ahmet Öskan Street, which experiences problems when it rains. Ataser stated, “Congratulations to the residents of that street.”
Ataser’s statement is as follows:
“In the Lapta and Karşıyaka regions, there are a total of 168 (one hundred sixty-eight) streams and watercourses interconnected. Many of these have either been closed, covered by roads, or otherwise misappropriated. As LAÇ Municipality, we have signed a public-private partnership protocol with ARDEM Ltd. to jointly develop a solution for the region, particularly for Şehit Ahmet Öskan Street, where we experience problems every time it rains. Congratulations to the residents of that street.”
