Lapta-Alsancak-Çamlıbel Mayor Fırat Ataser announced on his social media account that they have started new road construction and route opening works.
Ataser stated that after last year’s drilling work in the upper part of Lapta, which did not yield the desired results, a new location was determined in cooperation with the Department of Mining and Geology.
In his statement, Mayor Ataser said:
“We need to consider alternatives and carry out our work accordingly. We will continue until we achieve the desired result.”
