Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel Mayor Fırat Ataser Announces New Waste Separation Project

Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel Mayor Fırat Ataser announced on his social media account that they have launched a project that will serve as an example across the country.

Ataser stated that, in collaboration with the Karşıyaka KAKSAD Association, the Household Waste Separation Project will be implemented after completing the information and training process in 67 selected households and one school.

Emphasizing the crucial role of public support in the success of the project, Mayor Ataser said, “I believe that by implementing this project correctly together, we will obtain valuable data. Our goal is to expand the household waste separation system across all our regions, following the model applied in European countries.”

Concluding his statement with “We are strong together!”, Ataser called for public support in raising environmental awareness and promoting sustainable waste management.
