Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel Municipality has announced that internet access is currently unavailable at the Alsancak Service Building due to a telephone malfunction. Municipality officials stated that the Telephone Department teams are working on the issue and expect the problem to be resolved within an hour.
During this period, payment transactions will be temporarily unavailable. Citizens who wish to make payments can use the KIOSK devices or the cashier at the Lapta Service Building.
The municipality thanked the public for their understanding.
