The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has made an announcement saying that the crossing points will be closed over the weekend due to protests that will be held in South Cyprus.

The Ministry made an announcement, in accordance with information received from United Nations Peace Forces officials, regarding the actions to be held within the framework of the “Isaak-Solomou commemoration” that will be held tomorrow and Sunday.

According to the statement, the Metehan (Ayios Dhometios), Ledra Palace, Lokmacı (Ledra Street) and Derinya (Dherynia) crossing points will be affected by the protests. (voıce)
