The North Cyprus Red Crescent opened a photo exhibition titled “Red Crescent in the Footsteps of the Past” to commemorate its 50th anniversary.
The exhibition, located at Ercan Airport, features photographs showcasing the humanitarian aid efforts carried out by the Turkish Red Crescent on the island before the Peace Operation.
The exhibition, which will be accessible to passengers in the “departing passengers” area after passport control until November 4, presents photographs depicting humanitarian aid efforts conducted by the Turkish Red Crescent on the island prior to the Peace Operation.
According to a statement from the North Cyprus Red Crescent, the exhibition, organized in collaboration with T&T Airport Operations, also includes prominent newspaper headlines and news clippings related to Red Crescent activities, showcasing the spirit of solidarity from half a century ago and taking passengers on a historical journey.brt
