The Meteorology Department’s December 10, forecast shows that a low pressure system will combine with a cool and humid air mass to affect the region.
Air temperatures are expected to be 3 to 4 degrees above seasonal norms and winds are expected to blow from the north and east at moderate strength, strong at times.
The weather will generally be partly cloudy, and temperatures in the interior may vary between 18 and 23 degrees, while temperatures in Nicosia in particular may hover around 22 degrees.
