President Ersin Tatar came together with British MP Sir Iain Duncan Smith, as part of his visit to London.
During the meeting, the President thanked MP Smith for leading the statement signed by 50 Members of Parliament supporting direct flights from the United Kingdom to the TRNC.
Tatar stated that in his meetings, he had the opportunity to convey the Turkish Cypriot perspective on the Cyprus issue and recent developments in the region.
During the meeting, Sir Iain Duncan Smith presented President Tatar with a specially prepared jersey.
