The United Nations Secretary-General’s Personal Representative for Cyprus Maria Angela Holguin is holding contacts in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and South Cyprus.
She will be meeting with President Ersin Tatar and the leader of the Greek Cypriot Administration Nikos Christodulidis separately.
President Ersin Tatar will receive the UN Secretary General’s Personal Representative Holguin at noon.
Before her arrival to the island on Tuesday, Holguin met with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Ankara.
Holguin is expected to leave the island on Tuesday, May 14 after completing her contacts.
