The Meteorology Department has announced that showers or thunderstorms are expected in some areas tomorrow and on Sunday.
According to the weather forecast report covering the period from September 7-13 by the Meteorology Department, the highest air temperature during this period will generally range between 34-37°C inland, and 30-33°C along the coasts. The country will be under the influence of a low-pressure system and a cool and humid air mass in the upper atmosphere.
Tomorrow and Sunday will be partly cloudy, with showers or thunderstorms expected in some areas during the afternoon. The rest of the week will be partly cloudy and mostly clear.
Winds will generally blow from the south and west at moderate strength, occasionally becoming strong.
