The Meteorological Department announced that local showers are expected tomorrow afternoon, and temperatures will reach up to 41 degrees in the inland areas in the following days.
According to the weather forecast report covering the period from July 25-31 by the Meteorological Department, the country will be under the influence of cool and humid air masses in the upper atmosphere in the first days of the period, and hot and relatively humid air masses on the other days.
The weather will be clear and partly cloudy tomorrow, with local showers or thunderstorms in the afternoon; clear and partly cloudy in the afternoon on Friday and Saturday; clear from Sunday to Tuesday, and clear to partly cloudy on Wednesday.
The highest temperatures will range between 38-41 degrees inland and 35-38 degrees on the coasts.
The wind will generally blow from the south and west at moderate strength, occasionally strong.
