Lapta-Alsancak-Çamlıbel Mayor Fırat Ataser shared a post via social media regarding the severe storm that continues to affect the island.
Ataser stated:
“If you look at the map, the area predicted to experience the most intense weather is shown within the borders of LAÇ. Specifically, starting from Karşıyaka and extending to Kayalar-Sadrazamköy villages, the wind speed will reach 50-61 km/h. Tonight and tomorrow seem to be challenging. Our request from you is to avoid going outside unless it is absolutely necessary. We are ready to intervene in any situation that may occur outside. Together, we are strong.”
