The Meteorology Department’s February 25, forecast shows that a low pressure system will combine with a cool and humid air mass to affect the region.
Air temperatures are expected to be seasonal norms and winds are expected to blow from the east and west at moderate strength, strong at times.
The weather will generally be partly cloudy, rainy at times, and temperatures in the interior may vary between 12 and 18 degrees, while temperatures in Nicosia in particular may hover around 17 degrees.
