The Meteorology Department has announced that temperatures in inland areas are expected to rise up to 38 degrees Celsius.
In its latest weather forecast report, the Meteorology Department stated that the weather will remain mostly clear to partly cloudy until June 9. The highest temperatures are expected to range between 31-34°C in inland areas and 25-28°C along the coasts tomorrow. For the following days, temperatures are expected to be around 35-38°C inland and 29-32°C in coastal regions.
Winds are generally expected to blow from the west at moderate strength, occasionally becoming strong.
