Turkish Ambassador to Lefkoşa Metin Feyzioğlu, who has completed his term in office in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and has been appointed to Prague, carried out farewell visits to state and government officials.
He was received by President Ersin Tatar, Speaker of the Republic’s Assembly Zorlu Töre, Prime Minister Ünal Üstel and Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu respectively.

Speaking during the visit Ambassador Feyzioğlu emphasized that he will leave Cyprus physically for a new assignment but his heart will always be with the Turkish Cypriot people.
President Ersin Tatar for his part stated that they had the opportunity to work with Ambassador Feyzioğlu in different projects and maintained successful dialogue and wished Ambassador Feyzioğlu success at his new post in Prague.
While receiving the outgoing Turkish Ambassador to Lefkoşa Metin Feyzioğlu, the Speaker of the Republic’s Assembly Zorlu Töre expressed his belief that the ambassador will provide important services on Cyprus in Prague where he will now serve.
