The leader of the Democrat Party and the Minister of Tourism, Fikri Ataoğlu, who is in Berlin, spoke to a program broadcast on BRT.
Minister Ataoğlu stated that the presence of Prime Minister Ünal Üstel and Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, in Berlin had a significant impact on the meetings held.
He added that the completion of Ercan Airport’s security certification process was addressed during their contacts, which would allow for additional flights.
Ataoğlu also stated that they had taken initiatives to reduce ticket prices and that once the issue is finalized, the developments will be shared with the public.
