The Municipality of Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel announced the municipal council decisions dated 28.04.2025 on its social media account.
The decisions are as follows:
Agenda 1: Regarding the stop for Lapta taxi drivers.
LAÇ Municipality Council unanimously decided that 20,000Stg of the amount to be tendered out for the project to be prepared on the land, planned to be built for the Lapta taxi drivers will be covered by LAÇ Municipality and the remaining amount will be divided equally among taxi drivers.
Agenda 2: Regarding premises to be given to the of Malatyalılar Culture Association.
LAÇ Municipality Council unanimously decided to make a cost calculation and bring it back to the agenda after evaluating the petition of Malatyalılar Culture Association.
Agenda 3: Regarding Şeniz Akşahinler’s petition.
LAÇ Municipality Council unanimously decided to provide 20,000TL in aid against receipt to cover the expenses of the poetry event to be held for the benefit of SOS.
Agenda 4: Regarding TÜYAP Construction Fair.
On 8.4.2025, it was unanimously decided to add Murat Arslan to the decision regarding the participants taken in Agenda 2.
Agenda 5: Regarding the petition made by Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation.
LAÇ Municipal Council unanimously decided to give the name “Dr. Fazıl Küçük Circle” to the Lapta nursing home circle.
Agenda 6: Regarding the plane tickets of İskender Dündar and Bahadır Dündar.
LAÇ Municipal Council unanimously decided to cancel the Istanbul-Ercan plane tickets of İskender Dündar and Bahadır Dündar, who went abroad for health reasons.
Agenda 7: Regarding the stone wall of Lapta Police Station.
LAÇ Municipal Council unanimously decided to carry out the stone wall works of Lapta Police Station.
Agenda 8: Regarding the purchase of vehicles.
LAÇ Municipality Council reviewed the 3 offers received and unanimously decided to purchase the 2015 model Toyota Hilux vehicle, serial no: AHTFZ29GX09123038, from Omurtak İşletmeleri Limited for 14,000 Stg + VAT with pre-customs sales and to register it in the name of LAÇ Municipality.
Agenda 9: Regarding the vehicle tender.
The vehicles purchased as a result of the tender concluded by the LAÇ Municipality Tender Commission on 15.04.2025 are as listed in the Annex, and it was unanimously decided to complete the pre-customs sales procedures of the relevant vehicles and register them in the name of LAÇ Municipality.
Agenda 10: Regarding the petition of Ali Denizli and Suna Göçerli.
LAÇ Municipal Council has examined the petitions of the relevant persons and has unanimously decided to postpone the land title deed market value of the green area in question, with title deed no: 264, located in Lapta, to December 2025, and to deposit it to the municipality treasury if the land is not sold.
