A Meaningful Contribution to Culture and Art from LAÇ Municipality: “Gönül Dostları Choir” Takes the Stage for the First Time

The “Gönül Dostları Choir,” Established by LAÇ (Lapta-Alsancak-Çamlıbel) Municipality, Prepares to Meet Art Enthusiasts

Founded under the direction of conductor Murat Çırakoğlu, the Gönül Dostları Choir embarks on its journey to make a meaningful contribution to the world of culture and the arts.

This special concert, held under the theme “Safalar Getirdiniz, Safa Geldiniz” (“You Came with Joy, You Are Welcome with Joy”), will take place on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 8:00 PM at the GAU Spectrum International Congress Center. The evening will also feature a piano performance by guest artist Melisa Çırakoğlu, adding a special touch to the event.

The concert aims to offer the audience an unforgettable night with a rich repertoire of distinguished pieces from Turkish Classical Music.

LAÇ Mayor Fırat Ataser emphasized that the choir was founded to support both the arts and social unity, stating:
