Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel Municipality issues statement on “water pipeline”

Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel Municipality responded to claims that “water was not reaching a livestock shed” through an informational video shared on its social media account.

In the statement, the municipality explained that its teams had gone to the site, carried out the necessary inspections, and confirmed that water was indeed reaching the shed, documenting the findings on video.

It was further noted that leaks were detected in the water line laid by the citizen beyond the point where the municipality’s responsibility ends. These leaks, the statement emphasized, were preventing water from reaching the shed properly.

The municipality also made a call to citizens, stating:
“In such cases, instead of making definitive statements on social media, we kindly ask you to verify the situation and report your complaints directly to our municipality. 👉 Let’s reach the correct information together and prevent misunderstandings.”
