President’s Special Representative Güneş Onar held talks with Maria Angela Holguín Cuellar, the Personal Envoy on Cyprus appointed by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
According to a statement from the Presidency, part of the meeting was held one-on-one.
Discussions covered the current stage of the six cooperation initiatives agreed upon by the parties during the expanded informal Geneva meeting, the next informal meeting planned for the end of July, and the latest developments concerning the island’s political context. brt
