Republican Turkish Party (CTP) leader Tufan Erhürman, who recently announced his candidacy for the Presidency, addressed women, youth, and children as central pillars of his vision for the future.
Speaking at the “Women Signing the Future Breakfast Meeting” organized by the CTP Women’s Branch in Lefkoşa, Erhürman underlined the significance of women’s active participation in society, stating, “Whenever women take to the streets and step forward, the matter is already decided.”
He stressed that no one should compromise the dignity of children and pledged to build a future in which young people would no longer feel the need to emigrate.
“It is our word and our oath,” Erhürman declared, “that together we will build a life worthy of human dignity for our children in this country.”
CTP Women’s Branch Chair Doğuş Derya also expressed her support for Erhürman’s candidacy at the event.
